Terms and Conditions

Reservations are accepted on the following terms: -

Deposits are non-refundable.

A booking is made once we have received your booking details and the reservation deposit and we have confirmed the booking.

All bookings require an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost. The balance will be due no later than 28 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment can be made by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "Rainbow Holiday Lets". Other forms of payment are available on request.

The let is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The let sleeps 6 . A further bed and/or cot can be provided . The number of people permitted to occupy the property will be agreed at the time of booking. Extra charges will apply for extra people .

All linens and towels are provided.

Cots and highchairs are available, please request before arrival.

Any complaint or problem should be reported to us immediately

The owners of Rainbow Holiday Lets shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for any loss or damage to your property or person, however caused.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking and to cancel in the unlikely event of the property becoming unavailable through any event outwith our control, subject to a full refund of any monies paid.

In the unlikely event of any disputes or disturbance the owners of Rainbow Holiday Lets reserves the right to terminate the stay without notice .

The owners of Rainbow Holiday Lets shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purpose of servicing the property or to carry out any repairs  or maintenance.

Smoking is not permitted and we regret, with the exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed. Acceptance of accommodation signifies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
